Founded in 1978, Bright Beginnings West Private Preschool was established by Tom and Barbara Trofe to provide quality education and childcare in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. Their passion created a school where children feel supported, encouraged, and inspired.

Today, second-generation owner Michelle Trofe proudly continues their legacy, working alongside a dedicated staff who share a genuine love for early childhood education.

Blending long-standing traditions with modern practices, Bright Beginnings West remains committed to building confidence, nurturing essential skills, and helping every child grow toward a bright future.

Our Goal

At Bright Beginnings West, our goal is to develop the "total child". Emphasis is placed on physical, social, emotional, and academic development of the child. We are laying the groundwork upon which future education will be built.

Our Approach

Our expansive, academically advanced programs do more than just stimulate your child intellectually. They also help your child learn the paramount skills that will help them succeed in social and team-oriented environments.

Our Educators & Staff

Our dedicated and nurturing teachers, supported by one to two full-time aides, provide personalized instruction tailored to each child’s academic needs. With small class sizes limited to just 17 students, we create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and a strong foundation for future success.
